I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?

If you are having problems accessing your account, please follow these steps:

  • Click on "forgot your password?" link on the main page.
  • Enter your email address that you used to create your SchoolSync account and click on "Send".
  • You should receive an email from SchoolSync. Open the email and click on the link to log you into your SchoolSync account.
  • This is a temporary login, and it can only be used one time.
  • Once you log into your account, click on the "Account" link on top of the page. Here you can change your password. This is required if you do not remember your password or if you are having problems accessing your account.

 


Do students and parents have to register?

No, students and parents do not need to register in order to view your student's homework. You can view any postings without registering. If you wish to receive school or homework postings by email then registration is required.

 


How do I change my account information?

Click on the "Account" link on top of the page. On this page you will be able to change your password, email address, and any other additional information associated with your account. You can also cancel your account if needed on this page.

 


Does my account ever expire?

No, your account never expires, but if you haven't sign into your account for more than 2 months, all email notifications will stop. Before this occurs you will receive multiple email warnings in order to prevent interruption of your email notifications.
